Connecting to the Protector
XStream Hood Exhaust System
WARNING: The weight of the exhaust

ductwork system must be supported
independently of the hood superstructure. Do
not allow this weight to be supported by the
hood structure as damage to the hood may
occur.
The exhaust connection should be installed by
a qualified HVAC contractor.
The exhaust connection on your hood has been
designed for 12" nominal pipe (12.75" OD) to allow
