It enables portable recording and direct data transfer in explosion-hazardous areas. The device is modified for use in explosion-hazardous areas of Zone 2 and Zone 22.

    Alternatively, the handheld scanners can be connected to a PC or a programmable logic con- troller (PLC) with the associated power module and operated as "standalone" units. Warning!
