Even when making a visit, users are never exposed to the incineration chamber or any partially incinerated waste. Numerous safeguards exist to ensure clean and easy usage of the toilet, without any safety risk. Cinderella Comfort’s unique ventilation system ensures that the room temperature is not affected by the incineration process and allows users to continue using other air-dependent equipment such as ventilation fans as required. -

SAFETY BACKUP BATTERY Your Cinderella Comfort is equipped with a backup battery which is activated in the event of a power outage, for cooling down if the toilet is hot. If the power remains out for longer periods of time, battery lifetime will be reduced. -

EMPTYING INDICATOR Your Cinderella Comfort will indicate when it is time to empty the ash container. The display will read ‘‘EMPTY THE ASH CONTAINER” and you will hear 3 short beeps when the toilet lid is opened. If not emptied within a short period of time, the toilet will lock down. -

HOW TO USE THE CINDERELLA COMFORT TOILET 1. Check that the green light on the control panel is lit, 2. Lift the toilet lid and seat. A red light starts flashing. The ventilation fan starts indicating the unit is powered and ready for use. -

CAPACITY The total liquid-holding capacity of the system is 5 liters/1 imperial gallon. The Cinderella system is designed for a typical usage of no more than three to four visits per hour. To avoid overload, more than six visits per hour is not recommended. - Page 11 TIPS FOR SHORT PERIODS OF OVERUSE Should the situation require an unusually high number of guests to use the toilet for a short period of time, please follow these tips: Empty the ash container completely before guests arrive. Preheat the toilet before use by opening and closing the lid then pushing the Start button. Ensure guests are instructed to properly use a bowl liner and press Start after every visit.

Failure to perform proper maintenance as described in the manual will void warranty. In order to ensure optimal operation and extend the lifetime of your Cinderella Comfort, you will need to set aside a little time for preventative maintenance. Good maintenance routines will give you lower operating costs and cause less wear on the product. - Page 13 STEAM CLEANING Recommended frequency: After every one hundred uses or when emptying the ash container 1–5 steps as written: Ensure that the toilet is cold and the ash container has been emptied and cleaned. Remove the front cover and release the ash container Pour approximately 1/4 gallon (1 liter) of clean water into the toilet insert Insert the ash container carefully so that you don’t spill out the water Press Start to begin an incineration cycle.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CLEANING THE VENTURI AND FLUE TERMINATION PIPE Recommended frequency: Annually or after every 500 incinerations (1 box of bowl liners) 1–6 steps as written: Disconnect the power cable and pull the toilet off the inlet/outlet pipes. Release and remove the ash container. In the center of the fan housing at the back of the toilet, you will find the venturi and flue termination pipe. -
