Emptying notifications

Cinderella indicates when you should empty the ashtray:
CINDERELLA CLASSIC MODEL
Yellow and red lights flash alternately, and 3 short beeps
are heard when the toilet lid is opened. The toilet can still
be used for a while, but it will eventually lock. Thereafter,
the yellow and red lights are lit constantly, and every 10
seconds 3 short beeps are heard.
CINDERELLA COMFORT & GAS MODEL
Yellow and red lights flash alternately. The display
indicates "empty the ash container" and 3 short beeps
are heard when the toilet lid is opened. The toilet can still
be used for a while, but it will eventually lock. Thereafter,
the yellow and red lights are lit constantly. The display
indicates «toilet locked, container full» and every 10
seconds 3 short beeps are heard. This is easily solved by

emptying the ash container.

Clean the air pipes

Check inlet and outlet air pipes by disconnecting the toilet from
the pipes. Make sure that both inlet air and exhaust air pipes
and valves are cleaned free of dirt, dust or anything else that
may impede air flow. Use ordinary pipe cleaning brushes when
cleaning the pipes. Remove pipe cap and bottom lid from the
T-bend and clean the hole.
Maintenance
Emptying the ash container
The following procedure is recommended:
Make sure that the incineration process has finished, and that

the toilet is cold. The fan must be off
Remove the front over at the bottom front of the toilet

Turn the ash container so that the handle points straight out.

Red and yellow lights will now indicate that the ashtray is out of
position
Pull the ash container out and towards you

Remove the insert (the inner bowl) and empty the ashes
5
Pour hot water in the insert and leave it for about 30 minutes.
Clean with a brush. (Do not use sharp tools.) Wipe the outside of

the insert
Put the insert back in the ash container

8 Pour 1 liter of water into the insert before placing it back into the
toilet
9 Replace the ash container and push it all the way in
Turn the handle firmly to the left until it stops. Red and yellow
10
lights will go out
Replace the front cover

Open and close the toilet lid. Start an incineration process without
putting in a bowl liner or paper. The water in the insert will begin
12
to boil and the water vapor will clean the catalyst.
Maintenance
To ensure optimal operation of your Cinderella, be
prepared to set aside some time for preventative
maintenance. Good maintenance means lower
operating costs and longevity. In the following,
additional instructions, you will find some simple
measures that we recommend be carried out one or
two times a year or every 1000th incineration.
