to understand the meaning of each column. To control the 62000B on Address, the ID
column can be got by the following conversion formula, see also CAN_Tx() Function in
section 4.4.5 Example Program:
ID = (PC_Address + (62000B_Address * (2 ^ 8))) * (2 ^ 13)
