<Troubleshooting Procedure>

color?

Transfer 3 Fingerprints, oil, or other
Belt Unit foreign matter is evident on
the Transfer Belt.
4 Image Transfer Belt is dirty
or scratched.
5 Image Transfer Roller is
dirty or scratched.
Paper path 6 There is foreign matter on
paper path.
Fuser Unit 7 Image Transfer Roller is
dirty or scratched.
8 The problem has been
eliminated by checking up
to Step 7.
