not in accordance with the instructions in this manual, you should first discuss this with an authorised Van Os

Medical dealer. Warranty is only valid during the stated periods and only in the Netherlands. If any changes are

made to the product that influence the base structure, the warranty is voided completely. You can contact Van Os

Medical for the full warranty and delivery terms and conditions and a list of authorised dealers.

For warranty service, contact your authorised dealer where you bought your electric wheelchair. If you are not

helped to your satisfaction by your dealer, contact Van Os Medical. Our address is on the back of this manual.

Tip

Maintenance is not covered by warranty. Your dealer may deviate from the maintenance interval.
