Periodic maintenance

Preventative maintenance to your electric wheelchair is very important and there are many things you (or your
attendant) can do yourself. Below we provide a list with maintenance tasks and when to do them.
Every month
• Check the upholstery for wear and tear;
• Check if there is enough movement in the rear and front wheels;
• Check if the brakes function correctly.
Every three months
• Check if all nuts and bolts are still screwed in properly and tighten where neccessary;
• Check the stability of the frame;
• Check the tread of the tyres for wear.
