Loading plastic trays

The APFD 220 lower basket carrier can be
loaded with plastic trays measuring
500 x 500 mm.
The special O 885 upper basket carrier is
required for loading plastic trays in the up-
per basket (max. height for load items is
130 mm).
The special U 876 lower basket carrier is re-
quired for loading taller load items in the
lower basket.
Which basket combination to use will de-
pend on the type, shape and size of the
load items to be washed.

Examples: (lower baskets)
U 525/5-row wire basket
The wire basket can be used for glasses
with a maximum diameter of 8 cm.

ferent glass heights
In this example, the plastic tray is connec-
ted to the top frame by long extenders.

Assembling a plastic tray
The height of the tray can be altered by fit-
ting a top frame  to the base basket 
with long  or short  extenders.
Push all four extenders into the base bas-

ket .
Press the top frame  securely onto the

extenders.
