- Page 2 The user must understand how to safely and effectively use the User: GR11 Web SRL, and all fall safety equipment used in combination with the GR11 Web SRL. Applicable Safety Standards When used according to instruction specifications, this product meets or exceeds all applicable OSHA 1926 Subpart M, OSHA 1910, ANSI Z359.14-2014, and ANSI A10.32-2012 standards for fall protection.
- Page 3 Maximum 1 attachment per connection point. Personal Fall Arrest: GR11 Web SRL may be used to support a MAXIMUM 1 PFAS for use in Fall Arrest applications. Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 5,000 lbs.
- Page 4 All connections must be selected and deemed compatible with GR11 Web SRL by a Competent Person. All connector gates must be self-closing and self-locking, and withstand minimum loads of 3,600 lbs.
- Page 5 D-ring. Anchor point must be located no more than 2‘ below harness dorsal D-ring (from standing working position). *If using GR11 Web SRL with rebar hook, SRL housing must always be attached at harness dorsal D-ring. Rebar hook must ONLY be connected to structural rebar, or other structural anchor (such as angle iron or concrete form) deemed compatible with GR11 Web SRL by Competent Person.
- Page 6 GR11 Web SRL before and after each use. If GR11 Web SRL cannot be cleaned with plain water, use mild soap and water, then rinse and wipe dry. NEVER clean GR11 Web SRL with corrosive substances.
