General information

SCALEO Medical active slings are Class I medical devices, according to the European medical
device regulation 2017/745. They are compliant with the EN 10535 standard.
This user manual concerns the following slings:

Quick transfer slings for home care (S8594XXX),
•
Quick transfer Cocoon slings with abdominal belt (S8591xxx),
•
Self-adjusting slings with abdominal belt (S8590xxx),
•
Comfort slings with abdominal Belt (S8592xxx).
The xxx of the reference represents the 3 digits that correspond to the size of the sling.
They ensure a perfect back support and are easy to install in a few seconds thanks to its
exclusive attachment system.
This exclusive ergonomic transfer concept avoids the traumatic vertical traction perceived on
first-generation stand to sit lifters and help restoring the natural movement of the body.
The abdominal belt limits the sliding effect and reassures the transferred person.

Intended use
