Corrective Action(s)
Adjust beaker position to ensure beaker is placed flat in the center
of the Uroflowmeter.
Ensure that the beaker is placed on the Uroflowmeter before
starting the study.
Adjust commode chair or Uroflowmeter.
Use beakers supplied by Laborie only.
Bluetooth Connection
Reduce the distance between the device and the computer. The
maximum distance between the processor and the computer can
be up to 10 meters (33 feet).
Clear any physical barriers between the device and the computer.
Press the Reset button on the device to "wake up" the device and
re-establish a connection; wait for few minutes.
Laptop Computer
• Unplug the power cable from the power brick.
• Press and hold the power button on the computer for a few
seconds (until you hear a beep).
• Plug the power cable back in to the power brick.
• Press the power button on the computer to switch the laptop
computer back on again.
Printer
Plug in printer power cable and try again.
Turn on printer by pressing printer power button.
Load printer paper.
Close cover of printer.
Replace printer cartridges.
Clear the jammed paper and then press the paper feed button.
Software
Activate Bristol cough marker in the workflow configuration.
Click Settings > Workflow Settings > Phases. Create a copy of the
workflow. In each study phase, scroll to the Workflow Additional
Configuration Items subtitle and clear the Auto Cough artifact
detection checkbox.
Select Auto Bristol artifact detection and save changes to a
custom Workflow. Use the new custom workflow to complete test
with the patient.
