International License Management System

The PRISMAsync Controller is licensed and activated through the
International License Management System (ILMS) server.
To activate the PRISMAsync Controller, the service technician must contact
the Canon USA Technical Support Center and provide the following
information:
•
The Dealer Order Number
•
The License Number for the PRISMAsync Controller
•
The PRISMAsync Host ID (MAC address)
•
The serial number to the imagePRESS Power Station Unit

PRISMAprepare and PRISMAaccess Activation

To activate the Océ PRISMAprepare and Océ PRISMAacces applications the
end-user or dealer will need to complete the software Fulfillment authorization
Form provided with the package of PRISMAprepare and PRISMAacces
software. Complete the form with the following information:
•
The Server Name
•
MAC Address or Host ID of the PC
•
E-mail Address to send the license file
•
Contact Information
Once completed the form must be fax or e-mailed to the contact information
provided on the form. The license file to activate the software will be sent to
the e-mail address provided on the form.

Durability Enhancement Program

The Canon USA Durability Enhancement Program (DEP) provides an efficient,
cost effective method by which dealerships can assist their high volume
customers in enhancing the performance life of their imagePRESS
C7011VPS/C6011VPS/C6011S device as usage extends up to the device's
Estimated Performance Standard (EPS) of 18,000,000 sheets (LTR) or five
(5) years, whichever comes first. The DEP is recommended for customers
who will use the imagePRESS C7011VPS/C6011VPS/C6011S in High
Volumes.
The DEP program suggests a series of parts to be replaced when the total
print volume of the machine exceeds nine (9) million prints (LTR-size).
The details of this program will be released by Canon USA as a "Durability
Enhancement Program Guide" and will be located on the
Site. The DEP Technical Procedures will be located on e-Support.
