RACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS STEP 9. -With assistance, carefully lift rack assembly onto van roof. Set bottom of J Brackets on top of roof channels. -Position rack front-to-back such that the roller protects the back of the van. STEP 10 -Insert a 5/16-18 x 1-1/4” carriage bolt into each mounting plate with the bolt’s thread on the side of the plate that says “TOP”. -
