  • Page 3 What Are Infrared Rays? Infrared is the band of light we perceive as heat. We cannot see this band of light with the naked eye, but we can feel this type of light in the form of heat. Our sun produces most of its energy output in the infrared segment of the spectrum.

  • Page 5 HOW IT WORKS Infrared Saunas differ from traditional saunas in that they use infrared radiant energy to directly penetrate into the body's tissue to produce perspiration. Traditional saunas use steam to heat the air inside the sauna, which then heats your body until you begin to perspire.

  • Page 10 V. Wood Guide Inserts on the Floor Panel The FLOOR HEAT EMITTER PANEL is typically located towards the front of the sauna room. The arrows in Figure 4 below are indicating where the wall panels will be placed up onto the FLOOR PANEL. All models will have the raised ¼ round molding on the top side of the FLOOR PANEL.
  • Page 11 Understanding The Wall Panels The SIDE WALL PANELS will have a single stationary glass panel in each of them. The REAR WALL PANELS will have 3 heat emitter panels each. Both REAR WALL PANELS will have heater cords coming from the top of each wall panel which will be connected on the roof once the ROOF PANEL is placed on top.

    Assembly Instructions Please note that your sauna has been completely assembled and tested at the factory prior to packaging. Please further note that the rear wall panel is intentional warped as part of the overall design. Two adults will be needed to assemble the sauna room.
  • Page 13 C. Installing the FRONT WALL PANEL, RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL, and LEFT SIDE WALL PANEL Place the FRONT WALL PANEL up and onto the FLOOR PANEL. Align the guide and guide inserts on the FRONT WALL PANEL and the LEFT SIDE WALL PANEL (or RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL as the order of installing the side wall panels is not important).

Slide down the longer of the two BENCH EMITTER PANELs by lining up its sides with the vertical guides on the RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL and LEFT REAR WALL PANEL. Make sure it slides all the way down. Next, do the same with the short of the BENCH EMITTER PANEL.
  • Page 15 Once the longer BENCH is installed, you can install the shorter BENCH. Make sure both BENCHES fit snug up against the rear wall panels. (see Figure 13) Figure 13 F. Installing the ROOF PANEL 1. The side of the ROOF PANEL with the power supply (control box) is the top of the roof panel.
  • Page 16 G. Connecting the plugs on the ROOF PANEL 1. Connect the plugs according to their respective labels. (see Figure 15) 2. Connect the CTRL plug from the power supply box to the CTRL plug from the control panel. Then screw together. (see Figure 16) 3.

  • Page 18 J. Installing the TEMPERATURE SENSOR and optional accessories (varies by model) Enter the sauna and remove the protective covering (masking tape) from the TEMPERATURE SENSOR. Situate the TEMPERATURE SENSOR so that it is vertical and pointing downward.   • Page 20 degrees Fahrenheit / 46 degrees Celsius as a reference starting point for a time period of about 20 to 30 minutes (this represents the actual time you are in the sauna at the desired temperature). As you become more comfortable and familiar with the sauna, you can increase the temperature and time period according to your personal preference.

    Tips for using Your Sauna 1. If you take a hot/warm shower or bath before using your sauna, you may perspire more and experience more comfort. 2. Drink water prior to, during, and after your sauna session to replenish body fluids. 3.

Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should contact their medical physician prior to using the sauna. Excessive temperatures have a high potential for causing fetal harm during pregnancy.

    19. Do not attempt to make any repairs yourself unless authorized by the manufacturer or its agent. If a problem occurs with the sauna, please contact the manufacturer or its agent immediately to avoid safety risks. Unauthorized repair attempts will void the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Page 26 11. The Glass Door Is Rubbing The Door Jamb Solution: The glass door may need to be adjusted. The hinge styles do vary, but the adjustment is the same. To adjust the glass door, you will need two pieces of cardboard like in the image below. The below images are from our more common sauna models.
  • Page 27 Maintenance: Cleaning Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleansers inside the sauna. Unplug the sauna from the wall outlet before cleaning. Use plain water and a soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use benzene, alcohol, or strong cleaning chemicals in or on the sauna. NOTE: Any chemical that can damage wood or be absorbed into the wood will damage the sauna.

    Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment.
