WHAT ARE INFRARED RAYS? Infrared is the band of light we perceive as heat. We cannot see this band of light with the naked eye, but we can feel this type of light in the form of heat. Our sun produces most of its energy output in the infrared segment of the spectrum.

HOW IT WORKS Infrared Saunas differ from traditional saunas in that they use infrared radiant energy to directly penetrate into the body's tissue to produce perspiration. Traditional saunas use steam to heat the air inside the sauna, which then heats your body until you begin to perspire.

IV. Buckles and Mounting Screws A. External Buckles The external buckles are used to connect the REAR WALL PANEL to the LEFT SIDE WALL PANEL and RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL. (see Figure 2) Figure 2 B. Mounting Side Wall to the Front Wall You will use the provided screws to mount the LEFT SIDE WALL PANEL and RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL to the FRONT WALL PANEL.

Figure 4 Understanding The Wall The FRONT WALL PANEL is the wall panel with the glass door and it will be the first wall panel to be assembled onto the FLOOR PANEL. See Figure 5. The RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL and LEFT SIDE WALL PANEL are the same size and also have HEAT EMITTER PANELS on the interior side of the wall.
C. Roof Panel The ROOF PANEL houses the power supply, speakers, air vent, and reading lamp. Once installed, all the wiring harnesses, plugs, and connections will sit on the exterior side of the roof. Installing the FLOOR PANEL Place the FLOOR PANEL on your level floor. (see Figure 9) 4 Raised Edges Front Figure 9 C. Installing the FRONT WALL PANEL, RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL and LEFT SIDE WALL PANEL Place the FRONT WALL PANEL up onto the FLOOR PANEL. Align the holes on the FRONT WALL PANEL and the RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL.

D. Installing the REAR PANEL Remove the protection paper (tape) from the buckles on the REAR WALL PANEL. Place the REAR WALL PANEL up onto the FLOOR PANEL. Next, attach the REAR WALL PANEL to the LEFT SIDE WALL PANEL and use the buckles to latch together. Do the same for the RIGHT SIDE WALL PANEL.

Installing the FRONT GLASS DOOR HANDLE Now that the FRONT WALL PANEL has already been installed, the inner and outer door handles need to be mounted to the FRONT GLASS DOOR. According to Figure 14, the FRONT GLASS DOOR must sit between the (2) clear gaskets.
Figure 14 Figure 14a ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETE Operating the Sauna NOTE: Before the sauna is turned on, please check and confirm that the connections to the POWER SUPPLY, HEAT EMITTERS, CONTROL PANEL, and SPEAKERS are connected properly. The power supply voltage and frequency must match the required voltage and frequency of the sauna (120VAC 15AMP Dedicated Circuit for the 2-person model or 120VAC 20AMP Dedicated Circuit for the 3-person model).

Music – When the control panel is powered ON, the default setting will either be in Bluetooth or FM Radio. You can toggle between the Bluetooth and FM Radio setting by pressing the Music button. When in the Bluetooth setting, you will see the Bluetooth logo illuminated towards the middle of the control panel.
Safety Instructions 1.) Read and follow all instructions carefully before using the sauna. 2.) When installing and using the electrical equipment, safety precautions should always be followed. 3.) To reduce the risk of injury, do not allow children to use the sauna unless they are closely supervised at all times by an adult.
Safeguards For Your Sauna 1. Do not install the sauna near water, near a bathtub, near a shower, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleansers inside the sauna. Unplug the sauna from the wall outlet before cleaning.
Limited Lifetime Warranty 5 Year Limited Warranty: Golden Designs, Inc. warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase. This sauna is for INDOOR use only.
