The 478A Option H83 comes with calibration data for 1, 3, 10, 30 ,50, 100, 300, and 1000
MHz from a Standards Calibration Lab, which is traceable to NIST.
All other specifications in the 478A Operating and Service Manual, Table 1 apply except
where 431 use is referenced in the standard manual.
NOTE
The 476A Option H83 can not be used with the 431 Power Meters.
