The FFT view mode can also be used to survey a tracking environment
for ambient electromagnetic noise. Ambient noise is electromagnetic
activity which could be misinterpreted as a passage. Sources can include
power lines, machinery, and passing motor vehicles or railroad trains.
Here, the white graph line represents signals detected across an
electromagnetic spectrum including the TRAXALL transmitter
range(17.5 to 29.29 Hz). The vertical grey lines indicate TRAXALL and
Legacy transmitter frequencies.
TRAXALL TRANSMITTER:

Note the signal spikes on both ends of the spectrum which could
create false triggers. In this situation, it would be advisable to deploy
transmitters configured for TRAXALL frequencies 1, 2, 3, or Legacy as
their signals are relatively removed from the noise frequencies.
