Installation of the ValueJet Status Monitor
Before connecting the printer to your computer, make sure to install ValueJet Status Monitor (VSM).
After the installation, follow the instructions on the ValueJet Status Monitor Operation Manual to configure initial settings, register your printer
and enable ValueJet Print Server (VPS).

• The accessory CD contains the software and manuals listed below.

Important!
• Be sure to install VSM from the accessory CD.
• Be sure to utilize the VPS (ValueJet Print Server) function included in VSM (ValueJet Status Monitor) when using this device.
Without this function you may not be able to use the features of this device to the fullest.
• Specify the output port of RIP software to VPS.
[1] Using a Gigabit Ethernet cable, connect the printer to your computer.

• Click [Explorer] in [Start] menu.
Windows 8 / Windows 8.1
• On the [Start] screen, click [Desktop].
• Click [Explorer].
• Double-click [PC] or [Computer].
Windows 7
• Click [Computer] or [My Computer] in [Start] menu.
[4] Right-click the CD/DVD drive icon and select [Open].
• Double-click [ValueJetStatusMonitor].
• Double-click [ENG].
[5] Double-click setup.exe to install VSM.
Monitors the printer's status information, changes the printer settings, and performs
test printing, etc.
