The device is intended for the following:
■
the control of a ventilator convector with a fan coil actuator.
■
the control of conventional heating and cooling installations.
■
operation according to the listed technical data.
■
the installation in dry interior rooms.
■
mounting on a flush-mounted bus/network coupler, which is to be ordered separately.
The intended use also includes adherence to all specifications in this manual.
NOTE
■ The integrated bus coupler makes possible the connection to a KNX bus
line.
■
Extensive functions are available for the room temperature controller and the
control elements. For the range of applications, see chapter 10 "Description
of application and parameters" on page 34.
Each use not listed in Chapter 2.2 "Intended use" on page 10 is deemed improper use and can
lead to personal injury and damage to property.
Control4 is not liable for damages caused by use deemed contrary to the intended use of the
device. The associated risk is borne exclusively by the user/operator.
The device is not intended for the following:
■ Unauthorized structural changes
■ Repairs
■ Outdoor use
■ Use in bathroom areas
■ Inserting of objects through device openings
