When registering a frame, designate the data to be
registered in order of (L) and (H) from the head area of the
user registration frame area.
When reading a frame, the registered data will be stored
with the same details and arrangement as registration.

area for registering the user registration frame
into the EEPROM to transmit the ETX, sum
check code, CR and LF (registration code: 03
