Possible Cause
Wear bar or flat spray nozzle are improperly
oriented
Improper power cord connection.
Improper controller/applicator cable connection.
Insufficient air supply
Defective fuse on controller.
Improper grounding.
Check high voltage settings.
Powder deliver rate too excessive.
Excessive humidity within powder booth air.
Applicator/controller cable.
Defective fuse on controller.

Hoses kinked.
