Possible Cause
Wear bar or flat spray nozzle are improperly
oriented
Improper power cord connection.
Improper controller/gun cable connection.
Insufficient air supply
Defective fuse on controller.
Improper grounding.
Check high voltage settings.
Powder deliver rate too excessive.
Excessive humidity within powder booth air.
Gun/controller cable.
Defective fuse on controller.
Improper Grounding.
Gun too far from applicator.
Hoses kinked.
Air leaks in powder delivery system.
Low powder level.
Insufficient main air supply.
Improper powder feed and dosage air settings.
