Downloading project data
When you load the station, the project data of the CM is stored on the CPU.

DP data exchange with the CPU
No instructions are necessary for GP data exchange with the CPU. The cyclically transferred
slave data is written to the input and output areas of the CPU.
Reading and writing consistent data of a standard slave
With the DPRD_DAT and DPWR_DAT instructions, you can read consistent data with a length
of > 4 bytes from a slave or transfer consistent data to a slave.
Receiving interrupts with RALRM
The RALRM instruction is used to receive interrupts from DP slaves and the corresponding
information is indicated by the output parameters of the instruction.
Reading and writing a data record with the RDREC and WRREC instructions
The "RDREC" and "WRREC" instructions are available for transferring configuration, diagnostics
or I/O data.
S7 communication: Data exchange with remote communications partners
The CM can communicate with remote partners via PROFIBUS. The following instructions are
used:
• PUT: Instruction for writing data to a remote CPU or a remote PC
• GET: Instruction for reading data from a remote CPU or a remote PC
