OMI-2 Configuration

Configure the OMI-2 in AZedit

Configuration of the OMI-2 card in AZedit requires the following:

Download the license file

The OMI-2 card comes standard with 16 licenses; however, incremental upgrades are available
for purchase.
The following upgrades available are:

To upgrade licenses in the matrix system, do the following:

Download the License File for more channels, if applicable.
Assign ports to the card using the Port Allocation Table.
Set up the network configuration.
Configure keypanels to the OMI-2 cards.

Start AZedit.
From the Status menu, select Software Versions|IO Cards.
The I/O Card Version Information screen appears.
Right-click the OMI-2 card you want to upgrade.
Select Download License.
Navigate to the license file.
Click Open.
The Download License File screen appears.
Click Begin.
The license file download begins. A success message appears once the file finishes
downloading.
From the Status menu, select I/O Card Status.
The I/O Card Status screen appears.
