Description
The paper is not
loaded correctly.
Paper is not set
correctly in the Auto
Take-up Reel Unit.
There is something in
the sensor system.
The paper installed is
not supported for
borderless printing.
The size of the cut
sheet media is not
recognized properly.
If the appropriate
paper size is set in the
printer, the paper is not
set correctly.
No paper is loaded in
the printer.
The paper is not
ejected properly.
The roll paper runs out
while printing is in
progress.
The printer could not
eject the print.
The loaded paper size
does not match the
data size.
The loaded paper
does not match the
media type selected.
What to do
Release the paper lever, and set the paper
correctly.

Set the paper correctly in the Auto Take-up
Reel Unit.

Make sure there is no obstruction in the sensor
system, and then set the paper correctly in

Press the button for 3 seconds to reset the
printer, and then eject the paper. Then load a
different size of cut sheet media.

If the paper is wavy or slack, the printer
cannot recognize the paper size correctly. In
this case, flatten the paper before loading it in
the printer.
