Replacing the ON/OFF Switch

Procedure

1. Set the treadmill on/off switch in the "off" position and remove the treadmill power cord.
2. Remove the treadmill hood.
3. Make note of the switch wire connections and remove the white and black wires from the
on/off switch.
4. Depress the four clips on the on/off switch (two on each side) and push the on/off switch out
the bottom of the treadmill. .
5. Orient the on/off switch so that the "off" position is nearest the power cord
6. Insert the replacement on/off switch into the mounting hole thru the bottom of the treadmill and
press it into the mounting plate until it snaps into place.
7. Connect the white wire from the AC power cord to the lower left hand terminal of the on/off
switch, the black wire from the AC power cord to the lower right hand terminal of the on/off
switch, the red wire from the circuit breaker to the upper left hand terminal of the on/off switch
and the red-black wire from the lower PCA to the upper right hand terminal of on/off switch.
8. Replace the treadmill hood.
9. Verify the treadmill operation.
