Testing the configuration

After you assign a management IP address to the Contivity 600, start your Web
browser to verify that you can access the gateway from the browser.
To manage the Contivity 600 using the GUI, your PC must be running one of the
following browsers:
• Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or later
• Netscape
To test the management IP address on the Contivity 600:

Open a Web browser.

In the URL field, enter http:// followed by the management IP address that
you assigned to the Contivity 600.
For example, if the management IP address is 10.2.3.2, enter http://10.2.3.2.
