Upgrading to the current version

Before upgrading to the current version, do the following:
Ensure that Archive is stopped. Archive must not be running when you
install a new version because the upgrade might not complete
successfully.
Ensure that no one is accessing the Nortel directory.
Backup the eWare and media databases. This important because if you
import a campaign, existing campaign configuration information will be
modified.
In addition, make a note of the timestamps for the following folders located
in the \tomcat\webapps directory (under C:\Program Files\Nortel by
default):
\CAMAdmin
\ContactArchive
\EyrAPI
\Maintainer
To upgrade to the current version
1 Insert the installation CD into the CD-ROM, locate and run Setup.exe.
2 When prompted, select the Modify option and click the Next button.
The Select Components dialog box opens.
3 Select all components, then click Next to start the upgrade process.
Note: Please allow several minutes for the upgrade to complete. Do not
interrupt the upgrade, or your system may not work properly
4 When the upgrade completes, click Finish.
