Interlocking

The interlocking LED text can be defined in the same manner as for the other alarm
channels. The colour of the interlocking LED is yellow and cannot be changed. The nor-
mal state of the LED is inactive (no light). Furthermore, the interlocking LED has two
special modes. The first mode, recognized by a steady yellow light, indicates that the
interlocking disabling control is in operation. The second mode, recognized by a blink-
ing red light, indicates that the interlocking is in by-pass mode (control test mode).

General control test mode

The machine terminal has a general control test mode that overrides all interlocking sig-
nals (parameter V2 on channel 2). Activation of the interlocking test mode activates the
interlocking enable signals of all control objects. Then all control actions are allowed
and the enable signals of the objects are not checked during the control of the object.
The interlocking LED is blinking red as long as the test mode is active.
