Cleaning and Disinfection

The following cleaning and disinfection program is established in accordance with the Good practices
for the disinfection of medical devices, published by the French High Council on Public Health.
DEVICE CLASSIFICATION: lowest risk class
RISK OF INFECTION: low risk
TREATMENT LEVEL REQUIRED: low level disinfection
This procedure applies to any medical device of the category described: apply the items if applicable.
General guidelines
•
Always observe general health and safety precautions (gloves, goggles, apron and protective mask).
•
Disinfect your hands after removing the gloves.
•
Respect the expiry dates of the products.
•
Follow the recommended dilutions.
•
Never mix different cleaning or disinfecting products.
•
In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water, and call a doctor in case of persistent pain.
•
Never perform a cleaning or disinfection operation when this device is powered on: unplug the
device from the power outlet.
