Safety devices
Emergency stop
The Poweo® Urban is equipped with an emergency stop
button that stops the hoist when pressed. The emergency
stop button is located on the control box. Once pressed, it
must be turned clockwise to be released.
Emergency mechanical lowering
In the event of a malfunction, a mechanical emergency lowering is possible
by operating the red ring on top of the actuator.
Contact SCALEO Medical if the reasons for the malfunction are
unknown, or if any parts are damaged. Do NOT use the hoist until
the problem is resolved.
Control box
The Poweo® Urban control box is equipped with a lead battery that complies with European standards.
It is also equipped with buttons that allow the lift to be operated (up, down) without using the remote
control.
