15.2. INSTALLING THE BATTERY

1) Remove the battery cover by pressing
down the centre of the battery cover and
slide downwards.

2) Insert the battery into the unit. Line up the 3
connectors on the battery with the contact
in the unit. Slide in and press down.
3) Replace the battery cover.

15.3. CONNECTING LEAD WIRES

Insert the lead wire plug into the base of the

Rotate the body of the plug 90⁰ to lock the lead
wire in place.
Attaching the electrode pads to the lead
wire.
Push the pin ends firmly into the pigtail ends of
the electrode pads.
The lead wires may be damaged by rough
handling, and should be treated with care. To
avoid damage, remember to rotate the plug to
unlock it before removing the lead wire.
Lead wire colour coding.
The ends of the lead wires are coloured red or
black. When using the EMS and Massage
programmes, one of the electrode pads should
be positioned over the motor point (see sections
12.2. and 12.3.).

15.4. PREPARING FOR SESSION

1) Before use make sure your skin is clean
and dry.
2) Place the electrode pads on the skin, see
section 12.
3) If you are using your Sports TENS 2 while
moving, you can attach the unit to your belt
