Closing the drum

Press the upper half of the drum door into the catch in the upper

part of the door.
Check the drum for pets or foreign objects before loading it with
laundry.
Unfold the laundry and load loosely into the drum.

Mixing both large and small items gives better wash results and also
helps to distribute the load evenly during spinning.
Please note the maximum load size for different wash programmes.

The relevant load size is always shown in the display when you se-
lect a programme.
 Risk of damage due to drum not being closed.
If the following procedure is not observed, the drum may open dur-
ing the wash programme and cause damage.
Ensure that the drum is closed properly before starting a wash pro-
gramme.
Release the upper half of the drum door from the catch.

