Notes:
1. BONE-IN ROASTS, such as a Beef Rib Roast or Pork Loin Rib Roast have a smaller muscle than a
boneless roast of the same weight. Therefore, for bone-in roasts weighing over 2 kg reduce weight by
0.5 kg. For bone-in roasts weighing less than 2 kg, reduce weight by 0.2 kg.
2. When buzzer rings in the middle of cooking, turn over the food, remove the defrosted part/food, or
shield thin ends/fat bones of roast with foil.
