Maintenance Task Checklist

Before the operation, ensure that the equipment is clean and
ready for use.
After using the equipment, make sure that the equipment has
been turned off.
Wipe the outer covers of the equipment with a dry cloth at the
end of each day's operation.
Ensure that the signal is audible and the X-ray emission light is
visible when you make an exposure.
Ensure that the yellow (exposure) indicator light turns on when
the Exposure Button is pressed.
Ensure that the battery charging LED indicator comes on when
charging the battery.
Ensure that the battery level indicator displays at least two
levels (Battery Level 2). For more information on the battery
levels, see '3.5 Using the Battery' on page 30.
Ensure that all visible labels are intact and legible.

Always turn off the equipment before performing any
maintenance.
Tasks
DO NOT use detergents or solvents
to clean the outer covers of the
equipment.
If any defects are found, do not operate the equipment since it
has to be handled by a qualified person. Contact your Service
Representative.
