10.3 Replacing the pump

Figure 25 Remove bracket screws
Figure 27 Pull pump forward to disconnect wiring.
1. Power off boiler and open cabinet door.
2. Close the water isolation valves and drain the boiler.
3. Remove the four screws to the pump bracket on the cabinet underside.
Figure 26 Undo pump unions
Figure 28 Remove bolts holding pump to bracket.
Re-use bracket.
