6. Use of the Lumilisse® Hair Remover

6.1 Preparing the skin

Body
Before you use the Lumilisse® Hair Remover on the body, your skin must
be shaved (24 hours beforehand), clean, dry and free from any residue of
powder or deodorant. Warning: Do not depilate (with an electric depila-
tor, tweezers or waxing) before using Lumilisse® Hair Remover. Epilating
(removing hair from the root) would prevent intense pulsed light (IPL)
treatment from having any effect.
Face
Do not shave the different areas of the face before use.
Before using the Lumilisse® Hair Remover on the face, remove all traces
of cream, lotion or makeup. Warning: Do not depilate (with an electric
depilator, tweezers or waxing) before using the Lumilisse® Hair Remover.
