Description
Selects the type of the IDE Devices connected to the
system
Disables the LBA mode or enables it, when a device
supports it
Disabled: The data transfer from and to the device
occurs one sector ata atime
Auto: The data transfer from and to the device occurs
multiple sectors at a time if the device supports ist
(Auto) Configures the PIO Mode
SWDMA: Single Word DMA
MWDMA: Multi Word DMA
UDMA: Ultra DMA
Disables, Enables or automatically enables the
S.M.A.R.T feature (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and
Reporting Technology)
