• When cleaning the stainless steel
panels and control knob, do not use
stainless steel cleaners around the
knobs. The indicators around the
buttons can be erased.
• Clean the touch control panels with a
soft damp cloth and dry them with a
dry cloth. If your machine has a key
lock feature, set the key lock before
cleaning the control panel.
Otherwise, incorrect detection may
occur on the keys.

Cleaning the side walls of the oven
The side walls of the cooking zone can
only be covered with enamelled or
catalytic walls. This varies by model. If
there is a catalytic wall, see section
Catalytic walls
for more information.

If your product is a mesh shelf model,
remove the mesh shelves before
cleaning your side walls. Then
complete the cleaning as described in
the section

To remove the metal side risers:
1.Remove the front part of the metal
shelf by pulling it on the side wall in
the opposite direction.
2.Pull the mesh shelf towards you to
remove it completely.
3.To insert the shelves again, the
procedures applied when removing them
must be repeated from the end to the
beginning, respectively.

Pyrolytic self-cleaning

The oven is equipped with a pyrolytic
self-cleaning system. The oven is heated
to approximately 420 to 480°C and the
existing dirt is reduced to ashes.
Significant smoke development may
occur. Provide good ventilation. Pyrolysis
should be used after approximately ten
uses of the oven.
General warnings

self-cleaning and keep children
away from the product. Pa hold
hands 30 minutes before
removing residue.
A Remove all the accessories, "the
telescopic shelf and the grids
(if applicable) before using the
pyrolytic self-cleaning function.
Failure to follow this instruction
will cause damage to the
accessories and the side grilles.
