in a baking utensil or on the
tower (tray, wire rack, etc.)
with food and place it in the
preheated tower. Remove
any excess parchment paper
that overflows from the
accessory or container to

paper at a tower
temperature higher than the
maximum use temperature
speci fied on the paper you
are using. Never put
parchment paper in contact
with the lathe.
