PREPARATION OF THE APPLIANCE
a8 - Tighten the plastic pressure adjusting screw (C1) in
the appropriate spot on the conical sieve (C).
a9 - Place the tray (D) on the infeed duct (B).
a10 - Attach the sauce protection (E) to the conical sieve
(C).
a11 - Place a waste-collecting container below the
terminal portion of the conical sieve (C) and
another container below the grill to collect puree.
a12 - With this configuration, the appliance can be used for:
• Tomato preserves
• Fruit preserves and gelatin
• Vegetable preserves and gelatin
• Fruit puree for jam
