Do not insert fingers, utensils or metal
objects in the infeed duct (B) in order
to press food in.
ONLY use the press (F).
Do not operate the appliance continuously for more
than 10 minutes. Alternate periods of operation with
breaks of at least 10 minutes.
> > REVERSE function
f4 - If the auger gets blocked, reverse its direction of
advancement by pushing on the switch "R" (U) and
then holding down the power switch "R" (T) for the
amount of time needed to unblock the auger.
Do not insert anything into the tray (D) or press anything during this
operation.
If the appliance does not work even in REVERSE function, unplug it from the
electrical outlet, disassemble and clean.
> > Useful tips
Useful tips for pureeing tomatoes (or fruits and vegetables)
- Wash and chop the tomatoes (or the fruit/vegetables) to such dimensions that they
can be introduced into the infeed duct (B).
- The conical sieve (C) separates the skin from the seeds, making them leave out of the
front and letting the pulp and juice fall into the sauce conveyor (E).
Make sure, during use, that the containers for collecting skin and seeds and the one
for collecting sauce do not get too full.
