Problem:
Slow lowering
Platform is lowering without
any buttons pushed
Platform is tilting down instead
of lowering
Tilting up
Platform does not tilt up. Motor
starts.
Platform does not tilt up. Motor
will not start.
Tilting up is slow
Platform is lifting instead of
tilting up
Trouble shooting
Possible cause:
Oil is to thick
The lifts bearings are
rough, ungreased or
damaged.
Compressed hoses
Electrical fault
Leakage in hose or
cylinder.
Electrical fault
The oil level is to low.
Electrical fault
The oil level is to low.
Battery capacity
insufficient.
Electrical fault

Correction:
Change to Zepro oil or eqvivalent
see page 47.
Check that the lift arm and cylinders
(piston rod) is undamaged. Lubricate
all bearings.
Check that no hoses is compressed.
Check wiring / connections
Check if oil is leaking
Check wiring / connections
Lower the platform to the ground, fill up
oil to max level.
Check wiring / connections.
Check oil level. Fill up if needed
Check the battery charge (does the
truck's motor start?).
Check wiring / connections.
