Remedy
Tighten the mounting bolts to the specified tightening
torque.
Tighten the threaded plugs to the specified tightening
torque; possibly renew the copper seal rings.
With O-ring seals:
Do not tighten the threaded plug, renew the seals and
tighten the threaded plug to the specified torque.
If leaks remain:
Check the sealing surfaces/seals for damage.
If necessary, renew the threaded plug.
Remove the control block or the valve section and
replace with a new one.
Check seals, replace fittings if necessary. Check
tightening torques, see the parameters provided by the
manufacturer of the fitting.
If necessary, renew the secondary valve/threaded plug.
Renew the seals; refer to the spare parts list.
Comply with the pressure limit
Replace pipe or hose lines
Tighten the threaded joints and the fittings in
accordance with the installation instructions that
apply to the fittings. You can obtain the corresponding
installation instructions from the machine manufacturer.
Renew the seals; refer to the spare parts list.
Remove the control block or the valve section and
replace with a new one.
