"Buffering ..." and never displays video, you might need to adjust the connection
speed setting. To do this, please follow the steps in the

disconnects, he problem is usually the connection speed setting on the local (host)
system. Read the Advanced Connection Settings
29). At this point, your remote site should be connected to the local (host) system. If you
are not able to connect, check the Feedback window and see what errors (Red dots)
are displayed. NOTE: If you are able to connect the video, but the Connect button
