- Check on the display that the boiler pressure is
approx. 1.2 - 1.6 bar (17,4 - 23,2 PSI) and that
the water supply pressure from the mains does not
exceed 4 bar (58 PSI).
If the supply pressure exceeds 58
PSI, a pressure reducer must be
installed at the beginning of the
circuit.
- Open the steam tap by turning the lever
downwards as shown in the picture.

- Wait until air mixed with water comes out of
the steam dispenser, then close the steam tap
previously opened by moving the lever back to its
original position.
- Place a jug of water and insert the spout in the
tap. Move and hold the lever down and heat
the water for about 30 seconds. Stop the steam
dispensing by moving the lever back to its original
position.
- Assemble the filter holder in the group, place
some cups underneath and make some dispensing
cycles by enabling the various types of extraction
each time using the relevant display buttons.
Check that the water is dispensed correctly in the
cup.
ATTENTION: we recommend the
following maximum dispensing
quantities:
• maximum 100cc of continuous
coffee delivery.
• maximum 100cc of continuous hot
water delivery.
• 30 seconds of continuous steam
delivery.
- Check that the displayed pump pressure while
dispensing does not exceed 174 PSI.
- Switch off the machine by turning the differential
switch to OFF - position "0"; the displays and the
machine will switch off. Close the water supply
with the relevant tap.
