ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Please note that routine maintenance will give:
Greater efficiency; therefore, lower running costs Longer
duration; therefore, lower repair costs
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATION ON THE UNIT,
Examining the unit
First, check if the fan is not running and spinning.
Check for any damaged or broken cables.
Ensure that casters are locked properly and tightly (Figure 3).
If the HEPA filter is clogged, then the red light will switch on, meaning that the HEPA filter needs to be changed (Figure 2).
Check that the unit is running without any excessive vibration or different noises.
Check that the unit inlet and discharge safety grates are free from any particles (Figure 4).
