Probable Causes and Actions
• Power cord is unplugged or not plugged in correctly.
Action: Check that the power cord is correctly connected
at both ends.
• No electricity at the power source.
Action: Check the power source by connecting another
electrical appliance.

• Operator panel is disabled.
Action: Normal operation.

Description
The printer is online and ready to accept data, and IBM PPDS
mode is selected.

emulation mode is selected.
The printer is out of paper or the paper is not loaded
properly. Load paper in the printer. For help, see "Selecting
