Kolpin Blade Installation:

1.
Align one end hole of the flap, item #1, with
one end hole of the blade on top edge. Use the
blade flap as a template, to drill ¼" diameter

holes into your blade where no pre-drilled

alignment holes exist. Secure the blade with

the provided ¼" x ¾" bolts, washers and lock-
nuts. Position the bolts, item #2, as shown,
from the topside down thru the flat washers,
item #3, and then secure with locknuts, item
#4, on underside of top blade edge. Tighten
locknuts to apply slight squeeze to rubber and
make sure the end of bolt is even with nut bot-
tom or bolt threads extend past the locking por-
tion of locknut.

2. Mark and the trim your excess blade flap to
proper length of your blade using tin snips or
tin shears, as shown.
